Ozone Interiors have completed another exciting office fit-out for Frasers Property on the Winnersh Triangle Business Park
Winnersh Triangle is a thriving business park just outside Reading. It has a variety of office space with excellent onsite amenities and green space to enjoy.
Ozone Interiors have successfully carried out a number of office fit-outs for the international company, Frasers Property who own the business park. This particular project was to be carried out on the second floor of one of the larger buildings. Frasers were after the ‘wow’ factor, the brief being to create a contemporary look to attract companies on to the park.
A full strip out was required before works could begin. The large open plan office space had new carpets fitted throughout along with decoration. The modern lighting has been fitted to allow only the areas required to be lit by movement. The toilets and break out area were also refurbished. The reception area was modernised by wrapping the desk and doors in matt black and adding crittall effect manifestation to the interior glass. The flooring was replaced with a light wood herring bone effect to create a contrast.

How we created the workspace
The final designs were approved, and our specialist contractors got to work. Once the mechanical and electrical components were installed, the interior design began to take shape. The glass surrounds of the building meant the office space not only have wonderful views of the green areas but it also meant that the suites are swathed in a natural light. The neutral flooring and low key lighting all add to the understated yet contemporary, high-end finish. The reception area is inviting and modern surrounded by executive suites which we have allowed the natural light to flow through.
