3 Forbury Place in Reading is a striking, modern building with multiple business tenants over many floors. The building is managed by M&G Real Estate. We were awarded the contract to refurbish ten floors of the common parts.
Creating Modern Communal Areas
Forbury Place is one of the most desirable business addresses in Reading. There are many prestigious business clients who rent office space from the owners of the property, Prudential Assurance Company.
The common parts of the building were in need of modernisation. The lighting and toilets throughout were dated and in need of repair. They were not reflecting the high reputation of the building. Ozone Interiors were engaged by Hollis, an international real estate consultancy to reburbish the common areas of the building. Dated lighting was replaced by LED lights and bespoke corian panels and Dysone airblades were installed to update the toilets. The works were completed in ten weeks.
