Design & Planning
At this stage, we will present you with detailed space planning drawings, mood boards and a carefully selected range of seating and workstation options, allowing you to visualise how your new office will look and function. Our technical team will also assess the design to ensure it is practical and fully achievable, addressing any technical considerations before work begins.
Throughout the design process, we will provide regular financial updates, giving you a clear view of project costs and ensuring you remain fully informed at every stage. This transparent approach means there are no surprises and allows you to make confident decisions as the project develops.
Delivery
By this stage, your project will have been completed to the highest standards, with every detail carefully considered and professionally delivered. However, for us, a project is only truly complete when you are completely satisfied with the finished result. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will ensure that everything meets your expectations before we consider the project finished.
Post-delivery
Our relationship with you doesn’t end when your project is complete. If you have any questions about the installations, finishes or work carried out, our team will be happy to provide any advice and support you may need.
We will also provide you with a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) file, containing all the relevant design, build and installation information for your project. This gives you a valuable record of the completed works and provides useful information for the ongoing management and maintenance of your office.
