Arlington Business Park is located in the Thames Valley. It is home to some of the world’s major corporations, including Nokia, KPMG and Wrigleys.
We were delighted to be called upon by Arlington to work on a major project to modernise all of the exterior lighting within the park. This was part of a number of works within the park to attract high-end business clients to lease their office buildings.
The park covers 650,000 sq ft and is situated around a picturesque lake and parkland. The lighting was to enhance the natural landscape and to ensure the many walkways were kept well lit.
We engaged with Ozone Interiors to modernise the exterior lighting at Arlington Business Park. We are surrounded by beautiful gardens and a lake, so we wanted to enhance these areas. We also needed to replace the existing lighting on the walkways and in the car parks. Ozone were a pleasure to work with, there was great communication and presence throughout. The project was completed efficiently and on time.

Creating A Stunning Lighting System
We worked with a lighting designer to create a contemporary system for the park. Nearly two kilometres of cabling was laid around the large central lake and approximately 100 surrounding trees and walkways were lit to transform the park into an appealing communal space. The parking areas were also converted into brightly lit accessible areas creating a more user friendly environment for all the businesses within the park.
