Office Fit Out Guide

Over the past year we, like many companies in our industry have had concerns about the future of office fit-out and refurbishment as the pandemic took hold. Many offices have closed their doors and there has been much speculation in the media as to whether the future of the office is dead. It’s become apparent as we move back to some sort of normality that the office life is far from over. Ozone are experiencing one of our most successful years.
Our latest project based on Winnersh Business Park is a Cat A fit-out. As you can see from the images the space consists of a large warehouse area with office space attached. We will be bringing this stripped back space up to lease standard. This involves all electrical and mechanical works and decorations.
We will also be installing toilet facilities and a breakout area.
Works are expected to be completed in 10 weeks.
