Ozone Interiors have been busy at Winnersh Triangle Business Park, a 1.5 million sq ft mixed use business park in the heart of the Thames Valley with a wide range of spaces including major headquarter buildings, Grade A offices and start-up office suites.
We were instructed by Fraser Properties to carry out Cat-A fit outs on two buildings consisting of quality office space and large warehouse facilities.Each building required a full strip-out, new electrics and mechanics, glass doors, break-out areas, toilets, and full decorations. The warehouses required new flooring and roller doors.
Both of the buildings have successfully been leased to new clients.
