Location is key. You should consider transport links.  A long stressful journey can put staff and potential clients off. Are there enough places to eat? You want your staff to be able to have lunch out and you may want to entertain clients. Is it a good neighbourhood? The reputation of an area can have a big impact on how clients see your business.
